About the Role
As an HR Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment and selection processes, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records and databases, managing employee benefits and payroll administration, facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting employee training and development initiatives. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or professional qualifications in HR are a plus.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or similar position. Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment laws is essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of HRIS software and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for process improvements.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborate with colleagues, and build positive relationships across the organization.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support to employees.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of best practices in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
